With your purchase from our online or physical store, we offer a two-month written guarantee for failure in any electronic product you purchase. (In warranty included Mods, Atomizers and Electronic Cigarettes).

Under this warranty, we will replace or repair any defective materials for FREE. This warranty does NOT cover damage to the body or any other component of the product caused by misuse, natural disasters or cases where anyone except the authorized technical department, tries to make corrections or modifications.

PRECAUTIONS: Using sharp or other objects within the evaporator, may damage the heating element and to the immediate suspension of the warranty of your device. Use only recommended for this appliance parts and accessories. As long as you carry the electronic cigarette, please avoid any contact with other objects (keys, mob. Phone, etc.) to prevent any damage.

MAINTENANCE: Use a clean cloth or paper and clean the battery thread and the atomizer from any impurities.

In case of improper use, the product warranty will not apply.
