Product returns
For cases where there is a demonstrable fault of the store, the product that was sent to the customer does not correspond to the product ordered (wrong in taking the order, the pricing, its mission, etc.), the customer is entitled to return the product at 14 business days from the delivery day. The product must be in perfect condition, not used and the packaging is intact, without having unsealed or has violated. In these cases, the shop bear the cost of shipping the product back to headquarters and shipping costs for the replacement product, provided that the returned products are returned by the customer to the store in the same way and the same company transfers received them. If the product is not returned at 14 business days from the delivery day, the store may not accept any return.
